Absolutely top-notch, from the web interface to artwork uploading and previewing, to proofs, approval and ongoing communication. I have used Custom Ink (and other printers) for years and the Custom Ink interface just keeps getting better. Issues around Canadian inventory/availability that plagued a couple of my pandemic-era orders seem to have been resolved.

What a great service and selection of products. However, you really need to be savvy about design placement and sizing, as these were both problem areas with our orders. We were not contacted by customer service for suggested other arrangements.
