Very thankful for the product but I would love to have had more info related to the shipping. Seems like something on your website was broken. It was on "Printing" status for more than a week and then delivered. I never received notification of shipment.

As always, CustomInk is the best place for groups to order shirts on the internet. From the easy to use interface, to the ability to let all your group members order and pay for their own goods, if you want. This was super important for me as a school based group, because my administration has very strict rules for how money is handled and having all my group members order and pay for their own shirts online eliminated the need for any of that hassle.

Customer service with Custom Ink was excellent. Through my design process, I spoke on 3 different occasions with different employees and they were all so helpful. Im beyond thrilled with my custom ornament - it turned out so good! Thank you!

Custome Ink is easy to navigate. I wish that it was possible to order smaller quantities so there is less waste for unnecessary items.

I was very happy with my overall product. I was especially happy when they had questions about the design and sent me a design to confirm before just sending it. I was also happy with how fast I got my product and extremely happy with the delivery as the delivery driver was very kind.
