Awesome artist/production/customer service team helped work through design issues and ended up with a design and hat that met our goals!
Wish the website design interface could do a bit better job at having sizing requirements for embroidered text/fonts. Took several rounds of design revisions with the production team to finalize a design that they could embroider.
Also wish there were some brief definitions of the filters that could be applied to hats (high or low profile, structured, etc.) to make the base products easier to select
