I did not realize the image was in heat transfer vinyl (I thought it’d be a screen print). The final product and design turned out great, but I actually could have made these at home on my Silhouette for much less than it cost to order.

I was more or less notified through every step of this process, but wasn't informed of the size change. There should be a disclaimer on the website or you should not allow customers to be able to size the image to their liking to ultimately be disappointed.
