Custom ink was really easy to use to design/customize our book club's merch. I like that you can use their design tool and upload your own images. I like being able to save the design and come back to it. Shipping was quick and the prices were better than comparable companies.

My order started online and I then I needed help with my logo and needed to call in for help. The person I spoke with was very helpful and super nice. He fixed everything I needed help with and completed my order for me over the phone. The items even came in 3 business days early which was much appreciated.

I have been ordering from custom ink for a long time and I love the quality of the work. People always recommend local shops and these places take months for orders. But with Custom Ink it only takes weeks, and the prices are comparable.

I picked out a shirt I wanted in both unisex and women's cut. It wasn't available in the sizes I needed. The customer service agent found shirts in the sizes I needed. But they are NOT THE SAME DESIGN. Yes, I gave final approval because I trusted she knew what she was doing.
