I really enjoy the product I get from Custom Ink on most days but lately instead of the software and inkers reducing my colors to screen print, they take the most minute variation in color from the image and just digital print it. This makes the shirt feel plasticky and wear easier.

I used the chat feature on the website when I uploaded my artwork and it had a black box around it. The reps I dealt with on the chat feature were able to remove the black box super fast. I mean SUPER fast. They were friendly and helpful. I appreciate how fast they did that.

The shirts are high quality in both fabric and print. I would have rated both digital printing and packaging 7/7 but there was an error with my order (+1 small, -1 medium). Luckily, I was able to make it work as two people wanted to swap after seeing the sizes in person.
