Excellent service. I do believe the representatives looking at pictures needs to be more informed. Example, the picture I uploaded was Princeton Tiger Brew. How on earth did the reps think it was Princeton University?

The shirts were made and shipped very quickly, I appreciated the online design tool and how easy everything was to use. The shirt quality felt thinner than we expected based on the description, and the printing wasn't as crisp as expected. I wish we had done a physical sample of different printing options instead of just trusting the digital mockup because it didn't turn out as crisp and bright as the mockup showed. Good lesson for next time we're wanting to order company shirts. Overall, it was a good experience and we would order again, just don't trust the digital mockup fully for how the colors will look/contrast with each other.

The bag quality itself was just what I had hoped for. Larger in size, great print area. Custom Ink was fast, and the final product exceeded my expectations. It looks better than I even expected. I will absoutely be a returning customer.

The shirt some had a problem with the ink being on the shoulders and arms on some shirts. Looked like it was a smudge from something along the process. Some had yellow some were black.
