Custom Ink had the perfect design available after simply entering in a few requirements and ideas. The finished result looks fantastic! As a leader of a 40+ person team, I loved the ability to invite individuals to order the size they desired digitally. I was kept in the loop by Custom Ink so I knew who ordered and who I needed to remind. A master list online helped me pass out the shirts once they arrived. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Very positive team, I would recommend they put a note in the package with the shirt indicating how best to wash it. I messed up my first shirt that I ordered.

Poor, difficult to talk to anyone via email. Playing phone tag. Coming up with excuses rather conflict resolution. Pricing is much higher then competitors and shipping is slow.
