Overall, a great first experience. I had them print three shirts with designs that I uploaded. Of the three, one of the shirts had errors in the ink on the shirt. I will contact customer service to see what can be done. Also, one of the other shirts' print seemed like it was slightly off-center, but I'm willing to accept that it might have been my design I uploaded. I will try a few more and see how they turn out.

I couldn't believe how quickly Custom Ink got our embroidered hats to us! I realized I needed them one day earlier than originally planned, and their team went above and beyond to make it happen. That one day made all the difference, and they came through for me. I was so grateful that I called right away just to thank the team personally. I've done quite a few orders with Custom Ink now, both for work and for fun, with templates and my own custom work, and they've always been incredible helpful with quick turnaround times. Embroidery has been beautiful and print colors have appeared exactly as I hoped. Definitely will order from them again.
