Never a bad experience after a half dozen orders or maybe more over several years. Prices are always too expensive from a consumer standpoint but they are likely competitive with others and the service and prints are quality

I ordered a custom shirt and couldn't be more pleased, the shirt itself was super soft, and fit perfectly. The image was perfect, Custom Ink will be our go to for now on. Awesome Job!!!!

I had two orders total, the imprint on the youth sweater almost looks like it bleed on the edges and the ink (my best example) almost looks old. It gives the appearance of being weathered. My other order (which I have not received a survey for yet) is much worse. The imprint is orange in color but I can see white specs throughout the entire image. For the amount of money I paid for the two orders, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product. For a company that spend so much on advertising, I would think they would budget for quality checks and equipment inspections.
