One of my orders had a misspelled word. Customer Service worked with me and although it was an error on their part, they were extremely kind and efficient making sure that they got us a corrected order quickly for a date that we needed them by at no extra charge. Their followup and communication was excellent!

Custom Ink has been a great site to work with. Their service and shipping have been better than expected. I coach three different seasons of sports and have ordered clothing (usually t-shirts) every year for several years. Orders are always packed well and organized, with all items accounted for. The customization for creating your own design on their site has always been more than I could ask for. Options for ordering have been helpful as well. Products have held up for several years.
