I love working with Custom Ink! This is the third or fourth order I've placed through the years. The process is incredibly straightforward and easy. This is our second time working with custom Inc. Our organization did a fundraiser several years ago and both of them were spot on. While we had some issues with the Chatbot/customer service the rest part of the experience was very good. We will use them again.

I am very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with Custom Ink. If I could change one thing it would be on the website. Once I have changed/edited and saved a product, the repetitive requests to save need to go away.
