Ordered 12 single shirts with unique designs for each. Because they were single customs the price was a little higher, but that was to be expected. The agent I worked with on the phone went over each design and verified the sizes with me. They edited my designs to make them the right size and were great. My only issue was that the agent got two of the sizes wrong (One XL was an L and one L was an XL). I didn't catch the mistake until the items shipped. I called support and they gave me the expedited delivery of the corrected size shirts for no charge, but ultimately charged me full price (over $30) for the two shirts. I accepted this compromise, though for someone who just spent close to $400 for an order, I think I would have liked a complimentary replacement. This will in NO way preclude me from using this company again. They did a great job with everything I asked for except the one mistake and I had a check list in hand as we went over the sizes, so I am 100% positive the mistake was not on my end.

Worked with a customer service rep to help me with a rush service. Rep was incredibly helpful, helped me get my product by a specific time on the day I needed it. I don’t often see companies going above and beyond like that for customers anymore and I am extremely impressed. I will be using Custom Ink for any further custom product needs I have and will be recommending the Custom Ink to anyone that will listen.
