Hello, This email is regarding a misprint of the design on the shirts and on the scaling of shirts as well as an inaccurate number that was received, which was less than what was ordered. I am requesting a full reorder of large and XL shirts due to the printing on the Large and XL and 2XL in order #90676380 Evidence and reasoning's for this request is below. Firstly, what was ordered in order #90676380 was 1 small, 10 mediums, 24 Larges, 11 XL, 2 XXL. We received 1 small, 10 mediums, 22 Larges, 11 XL, 2 XXL as seen in the shipping receipt we have on the box that came with the order. As I did not receive what was agreed on in payment, I would like to receive the correct number of shirts that I paid for. The issue can be seen in the email sent 10/3 Secondly, The print of the shirt itself is off-center and slanted, as seen in the attached photos. I believe this qualifies for a reorder of all shirts with an accurate centering and sizing of logo. When it comes to the misprint on the Larges, XL's, and XXL's, they have the same centering issues as the small and mediums but also use the same font size that is displayed on the medium shirts and is not scaled upward for the size increase. This turned into an non-accurate sizing of the font on the Larges, XL's, and XXL's shirts compared to the medium and smalls. This qualifies for a reorder because the promised image on the shirt order should be an accurate size design for all sizes. of shirt ordered.
