It was an extremely hard process to get this package ordered and received. Due to PO order approval, email address, etc. I have never had a hard time in the past , yet in 2025 it was very difficult.

Very easy website to navigate and create a custom shirt. Customer service caught that my graphic on the front did not match my graphic on the back which was very much appreciated.

I caught a spelling error 5 minutes after I placed the order. I contacted customer service and my options were either cancel…but they couldn’t actually guarantee the item would be cancelled. Or request an edit… but they couldn’t actually guarantee an edit. Annoyed I caught the issue very soon after ordering but it didn’t get fixed and now I have a dumb, useless shirt.
