My experience was very good. Two negatives were the product was a little pricey for the number I had made and my original pick of font had to be changed. Beyond those two items, I am very pleased with the service and product Custom Ink provided.

The bag the product came in was too thin so it ripped and the UPS driver had to put it in an odd plastic bag. Looked a little sketchy. They were able to get my design shipped early which was a plus though!
