We paid a little extra to rush ship them, and they shipped them even faster than they had initially said. I think from the time we approved the art to when they showed up on the front door was like three days. Great service.

For my best friend's b'day, my idea was a shirt that referenced an old Twilight Zone episode called "To Serve Man." The punch line is, "It's a cookbook!" The site let me try as many different ideas as I wanted. I tried versions with a screencap from the episode but wound up going with just the text across the t-shirt (to spark the truly nerdy). The ability to edit the text in nearly every way (many colors, many fonts, size, bold, italic, not to mention being able to make the whole thing wider, taller, etc.) was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the end product and so was my friend! BTW, the upgraded t-shirt material is worth it in the long run!

Custom Ink was awesome! Issue came from ups. I paid almost $50 extra for expedited shipping as I needed the shirts by a specific date. Custom ink did their part, quick print and ship. UPS ultimately lost the package for over a week so I didn’t get my order in time :/ No fault of custom ink but ups really screwed me over since the shirts arrived too late to even use for their intended purpose. They were scheduled to get in 5 days early and ended up 3 days late for a total of 8-9 days delayed

Design and ordering online was very easy to use. Time between payment and arrival was pretty fast. The print feels like it might start to peel off with a few washes though (hopeful I am wrong).
