The company completely ignores customer's opinion on receiving marketing/spam and does not include the legally required unsubscribe link in their junk mail and surveys. The shirts also arrived smelling like vape pens "smoke"

Custom ink is fast but not high quality. The laser quality is pretty low. Ill use these for the event but I will not order again nor would I recommend. Id rather have quality than speed.

I had a great experience. Because a digital color isn’t always true to the actual sweater color, I wish there was a bit of a quality control. Because the blue was darker than the digital color looked, the black ink I used didn’t actually stand out like it did on the screen and it ended up just being blended into the sweater. I know this is something I could have thought about too, but if someone who could actually see the real color noticed and reaches out that would have been awesome!

always great to work with. just confused why this run was such poor quality. I have noticed for most prints of color onto black cloth they will do 2 coats of silk screen with a base layer of white.

I was truly grateful for my experience with custom ink. I ordered team shirts for a breast cancer walk I’m taking part in and they arrived a week earlier than originally intended. The custom support was very helpful with placing the order. I would 100% recommend and will be using this company again for any future group shirts ! :)
