This is my second time ordering from custom ink. I remain impressed with the convenient web site and the excellent customer assistance in completing the design and getting the order placed. Delivery was very fast and actually beat the scheduled date by several days. The shipment was packaged well, and all arrived safely in great condition with all the group sizing documentation included. I'm sure we will reorder in the future.

Inconsistent; the first order was exactly what I expected, the second order came in a box that was smashed, had missing spots in the print, and the ink was way too thick, to the point of being uncomfortable.
