Custom Ink was great. I had a deal worked out with a local vendor weeks in advance, but had to go to Custom Ink when I learned, a week before the due date, that - that vendor had totally dropped the ball. Custom Ink's website worked flawlessly, they had a greater selection of art, and when I called to the folks on the phone, they were able to see my design and confirm both my design and that my order was properly placed. The order arrived exactly when they said it would. I would say they made this event possible.
