Overall, very pleased with the outcome. Had two small stains on one shirt and small hole on another one. Emailed customer service they sent two replacements out immediately. Excellent customer service.

Overall, my experience was quite good. One significant downside: the app indicated proofreading would occur, with corrections made. In my case, since placement of art via phone orders, there was NO correction to center the electric cord within the borders of the color field. This was MOST disappointing!
