I had a great overall experience with Custom Ink. The ordering process was easy, communication was clear, and the finished hoodie came out exactly how I hoped. The print quality looks great, and I’m really happy with how my custom dandelion design turned out. I’d definitely use Custom Ink again.

I believe my order was misplaced somehow. It was 5 days past the expected date and I called to check on my order. The phone rep corrected the issue and had the shirts shipped and arrived the very last day that I could receive them. There was a problem With my order somewhere on the CustomInk side BUT it was corrected and was delivered by the cut-off date. All the T shirt recipients were very pleased including me.

I would definitely order again for the printing. But the shirt thinness would have me thinking twice about a t-shirt order.

Overall, I've had positive interactions and experiences with Custom Ink. The only bummer about this order is that the screen printing was slightly skewed and stretched at the bottom, but I don't believe that was a problem on each T-shirt.

There was some confusion over a previously uploaded draft design that I had replaced that was used instead of my final design. But upon my review, it was swiftly corrected by Customer service. Not sure why that happened.
