Products are great! Order process is a nightmare. Not doing it again. Was unable to set up my group order online. Had to call customer service to do it. In 2026. Crazy. Then when the order was complete, and we met our goal, I was balance billed $12 & change. When I called to find out why, I was told that one of the shirts that one of my group members had paid for was unavailable. She was not contacted. I was not contacted. It took multiple phone calls & time on hold to finally be able to speak to a supervisor who solved my problem. We got the shirts and they are nice, as expected. The process, tho. Never again.

Not good,the printing started to come off after the 2nd wash.

The logo I submitted had small lines at the top and bottom from the cropping of the image. These lines were not removed for the printing and look weird on the shirt. I thought there was a review process for the images.

I reached out to a rep about a hold on my order and he got me fixed up quickly. He went the extra mile and checked my order and made sure I was okay with placement of the graphic, it did need to be moved, so I am very glad he caught that.

Your licensing dept is a horribly dysfunctional process. If you track the accounts of your clients you will read about all the delays are ‘pre-approved’ logo use over the course of about 10 years.

Custom Ink went above and beyond to make sure that my order was completed and delivered by my event. Their customer service was amazing, and their art team was quick and the changes they had to make to my original (low quality) artwork turned out great.
