Overall experience with Custom Ink is good. I've ordered from them many times. However, I wish there were an option on the saved/ordered items in my account that allowed me to write and save notes about the fit and feel of the shirts themselves. So I could either avoid ordering a shirt I didn't like the fit and feel of in the future.
