Hat is very comfortable and the process of contacting someone from CustomInk, to uploading the logo and ordering, to receiving was seamless and not a hassle at all! I do wish they cleaned up the embroidery on the back side of the hat. The front looks great!

After checking many sites, Custom Ink stood out with the variety of styles with fonts, and ability to customize the look in so many ways including text size, angles and images available.

Overall very good experience. Lots of hoodie options colors, and sizes. I appreciated the variety of font choices. My only gripe is that I couldn't get the lettering positioned exactly where I had planned it to be. I'm not sure if the lettering placement options were somewhat limited or if perhaps I just couldn't figure out how to use the design features on the website properly. I was hoping for a way to position the lettering down the side of the hoodie; under where the arms hang. I could only find options to place lettering on the front or back, but I wanted my cool lettering on the side. I ended up making an adjustment from my original plan and I'm still happy with what came out.
