First batch of t-shirts was great although they did not carry the ink color I wanted so I had to pick an alternative. The second batch of t-shirts I ordered arrived with the wrong ink color. I emailed customer service about it yesterday but have not heard back. The order does not show the ink color which is surprising .

Customer service was crazy good. Over the phone and through text and email, they were available to answer all of my questions/concerns. The AI interface was also very helpful and provided several ideas.

Custom Ink has the greatest customer service reps. They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would grade them an A+. The product quality is very good, and the polo shirts are a great fit. The pricing is also very good. I didn't need any printing or logos added. I was just looking for a good quality Polo shirt and Custom Ink fit that bill. The one constructive criticism is with the packaging. All shirts need to be received ironed, folded neatly and individually.put inside a plastic bag. With all the other qualities and that type of packaging in my opinion Custom Ink would be unbeatable.
