The placement of the lettering on the back of the shirt was not exactly where I put it in the design process, but it still looks good.

We have used CustomInk several times for our uniforms. We have always been pleased with the service as well as the products we purchase. This was the first time that we received a damaged shirt. Would have appreciated if the first reaction wasn't to have someone wash the shirt to see if the sharpie would come out. We do not have laundering facilities on site, which means the request would be for someone in the office to take the shirt home. Once that was pointed out however, I was pleased that a replacement shirt was being issued. If that had been the initial response, all of my answers would have been excellent!!

Great service with the shirts unfortunately there was some kind of mix up with the shirts on the website and was able to get it fixed easily with help over the phone. Great quality t-shirt!!

there was a wide variety in the customer service i received while trying to answer questions and confirm that the artwork used was the final file that i had uploaded. Some people would transfer me and not properly relay what i had already said, sometimes the digital chat would end the conversation if i let even a moment too long lapse between responses (when i had patiently waited time and time again), but some people answered my questions quickly and effectively and stayed on the phone until all was confirmed. so yea, some really bad experiences and some really lovely experiences. Still quite disappointed in how many shirts had print errors upon arrival though.
