I love custom ink. I have ordered a bunch of different stuff from them from Christmas gifts to staff shirts. Their customer service is super helpful - just try to catch them before they print your product. I also love that some of their products don't have a minimum order. I would love to see more of those options. Thank you!

EXCELLENT. I could not be more pleased with Custom Ink. I would like to especially thank Courtney F who helped me place the order. She was absolutely exceptional! She made the process very easy and she she was extremely thorough. The order arrived EARLY and was accurate. Courtney F was truly a pleasure to work with. The inventory, interface, and customer service are all great with Custom Ink. I'm not pleased with the print quality, but I knew what I was getting into with the limited quantity of my order forcing me to do digital printing, and that that would result in desaturated colors. If I had another desaturated or grayscale design, maybe I would order from Custom Ink again, but I wouldn't recommend them for digitally printing a vivid design.

I appreciate how easy the ordering process was, but the final product quality didn’t meet expectations. The digital print on my design looks washed out and lacks vibrancy, especially against dark fabric. I understand printing on black can be tricky, but this result shouldn’t have passed quality control. The QR code printed fine, but the logo lost its impact. Not angry, just disappointed — learned my lesson and will likely try another vendor next time.

I accidentally selected the wrong product when I originally placed my order. I worked through the online chat help and they were wonderful. They got the issue resolved super quick and it was seamless!!
