I liked the experience on the website. Designing my t-shirt was quite easy. In fact, I created 6 custom designs with images. The one I selected came in the time promised. The t-shirt quality was excellent and fit perfectly. However, the image was a little fuzzy and smaller than what I saw in my final design on the website. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase.

he website was not user friendly and it was difficult to pin down any assistance. Once a rep was involved, she was great and things moved more smoothly, but the process was tedious compared to other companies and finding a rep was challenging. Items arrived as promised and quality was good, but design was not as expected on the item, the size was much smaller than anticipated. A small minimum was required to place my order which was great, but I would only use this company again if I could have access to a rep.

Delivery was on time and felt things were fast. The quality with 2 shirts being damaged I would say I would give a 6 out of 10 and size wise... shirts are fitted a lil slim instead of a more boxing fit. I would order again if there were not damaged items

I have been using this company for personal purchases for years (Sports teams etc) and every experience has been incredible. Now that I have been purchasing for my company, I have found that having a dedicated account manager has saved me so much effort to rebuild orders and add on additional purchases once I built and order. Heather was a godsend! The artwork also turned out incredible, everyone LOVES our shirts and wants them. We will be back for our next order, I'm sure!
