The Custom Ink service experience was one of the best in my lifetime. It was easy to design six custom designed tees using the website. The follow up was prompt, and the tweaks needed to the design were clearly communicated. After ordering, I needed to change sizes for two of the tees. I was able to make the change in less than five minutes using the chat function. The tees look great! Custom Ink has excellent customer service down pat.

When I submitted my order, I requested that the Art Department lighten up the faces on the picture I sent. 10 minutes after I submitted my order, I got an e-mail that said " Please approve your final artwork. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE to adjust the picture as requested. I had to get in contact with your order people again to have the picture adjusted. They confirmed that nothing had been done. Very disappointed.
