I loved the experience, it was easy to create my own shirt and the end results are great! The only thing I didn't understand, I order 5 shirts and they all came individually, one by one instead in one package. Seems a bit silly for all that postage...

Most of the order was fine but the first two shirts out of the box were upside down and in no way usable. Sent an online form about it being off and never heard back. Once I called and talked to someone they addressed the issue but don’t offer an online option if you aren’t going to acknowledge it. Would probably still order again since the person I spoke with on the lhone was very nice and helpful.
