Designing and ordering on the website is pretty easy. As a general rule, I will call after I place the order to ensure my order will be exactly how I want it. This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink and I'll order again.

I have asked your team multiple times now to remove Shannon Brodbeck's email from the contact for this company--she is the old HR director and has been gone almost two years now. I barely review her emails and will be closing the email for her soon. PLEASE update your contact information to remove Shannon's email and put JUST MINE (mhazel@visitingangelsyork.com).

The tablecloth came out great. The website was easy to use. Would have liked a little more versatility on the background but that might just be because it was my first time using the site.

Custom Ink was incredibly helpful throughout our entire ordering experience. The account executive assisting us was always prompt and extremely helpful in meeting our needs, from budget to design to timeframe. There was never a point where Custom Ink could not provide exactly what we needed, and we always felt like there were a surplus of reasonable options to choose from.
