I was initially disappointed because I requested help fine-tuning my custom image before printing but did not receive any proofs to review before the shirts shipped, so they arrived with the custom images not well sized or centered. However, the customer service was excellent after that point. They were able to remake and resend the shirts on a very tight deadline for my event at no additional charge.

I had a small problem. The shirts are slightly off-center but not even that big a deal. They told me in advance to check the emails I did and so my shirts arrived earlier than what I expected. We were on a time crunch and everything worked out great
