Your web sight was relatively straight forward and the care and effort and care that was taken in the way the item was packaged to prevent breakage during delivery was excellent. However, I am not happy with the overall product I received. I feel like my design was modified and not printed as I originally ordered.

Incredible job! I was using an old logo - low resolution with lots of errant scatter in the image. Several Custom Ink staffers worked patiently with me to improve the image so it would print nice on t-shirts. I can’t say enough how helpful everyone was.

I absolutely loved my experience with Custom Ink! I had placed three orders and selected the wrong color for the lettering. I thought I was going to have to cancel my orders and redo them, however, I called their customer service and I got a real person right away and he had everything fixed across multiple orders in the span of 5 min. This was the best customer service I've had in a while

The website was easy to use. The customization tool was quick and easy to understand. I immediately got an email requesting that I call to discuss my logo and adjustments were made right away with the customer service agent. Our order shipped when expected and was delivered on the promised day. Very happy with the purchase.

Custom Ink is one of the few firms that makes it easy to order a low quantity of custom shirts, so I appreciate that. The image and printing look smaller in real life than they did on screen - nice but small. Plan accordingly.
