I can’t say i’d recommend this company. My first order was messed up so they did send a replacement. Problem fixed right? Wrong. i just got my replacement today hoping i was reading the invoice wrong. The replacement invoice did not show my entire order so i sent an email 4 days ago. Never heard anything back. Opened my replacement order and i did NOT receive my entire order. So i still don’t have everything i paid for and my order was not cheap. I was really hoping to be able to say that they fixed the issue but they haven’t.

The shirt material is RIDICULOUSLY thin.. practically see through. Should not even be for sale on the website if your goal is to sell high quality shirts worthy of $52 price tag.

I have used Custom Ink three times now for my group orders, and I have come to love its customer service and it overall quality of work. The fact that they called me when they found an error, reprinted my order, and still managed to ship the order in time for our event really earned my trust in their company.
