I like the process, but I wish in the review process that they would have noticed that the emblem on the shirt pocket area (no actual pocket- just that area) needed to be slid over a little. Once I put the shirt on, it falls on to the side of my chest somewhat and doesn't quite look right.

I appreciated the customer service and making sure the design was exactly what I was wanting. They were very thorough in their review. It was a super fast process too. I kind of wish there was an option on the website to blur the edges of an image so its not just a rectangle. I did it myself on another site but if I could do that on the Custom Ink site it would have made my life even easier.

The product and printing has never disappointed. Great quality ever so far. Sometimes the printed design seems smaller than expected but that probably design issue on my end. We had two orders that shipped at different time. First order UPS, no issues. Second order DHL, garbage. I’ve never had good luck with DHL might want to reconsider using them in the future.
