The website was incredibly user friendly and was even able to create my artwork for my shirt on my phone (and I'm not a tech savvy person!) Really liked that. The customer service was excellent, Ryan and MacKenzie went above and beyond to guarantee my high expectations were met, and so friendly. Already been referring the company and I even have my employer ordering shirts for October breast cancer awareness month at our restaurant. Really awesome you are!!

Fist of all...if you want to know how great this site is, just try to find something comparable online. I love the fact that you can essentially be a shirt designer with this site. My husband and I are in the beginning stages of opening a restaurant. Since we're still in the planning stages, we didn't want to invest in a graphic designer yet. But, we wanted to get our restaurant name out to the public for some upcoming events where we can test our menu items with the public. Also...we didn't need a bunch of shirts. It took me about 30 minutes to design and submit the shirt for production. The turnaround process was very quick. I received several emails throughout the process, all the way up to "items delivered." I LOVE our shirts. They are bright and the screenprinting is very high quality. Customer service was spectacular....which is pretty rare these days. I highly, highly recommend CustomInk....if you need a lot of shirts or just a few. You can't beat the price/service/or quality. Thanks, Guys!

Our tee shirts from Customink looked absolutely great!!! Everyone loved them!! There was another family reunion being held at the Doubletree Hilton where we were located. Even though they had a classy looking shirt, they paid our group a high compliment in that they said Our shirts looked better than theirs! And on the bus tour of DC (Washington Monument, Martin Luther King Monument, Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam Veteran's Memorial, and the White House, many tourists came up and gave and compliments to how fabulous our shirts looked. So they were worn with great pride. And at the dinner at the Golden Corral restaurant in Arundel Mills, that evening, people really noticed our shirts. So thanks a million times over. I have been incredibly pleased with my experience ordering with CustomInk. I have ordered the same design a few times (t-shirts for my sister's restaurant), and they come out the exact same each time I order. Since I was able to save the design, I don't have to redo the shirt each time I have to reorder, which makes the whole process extremely quick.

Raul Ramirez was a great help. I had been dealing with another t-shirt vendor for 2 weeks trying to get this order right... leading up to our restaurant opening.... and they could not get it right. They seemed annoyed to be helping me with what they called a complicated logo. I finally was fed up and called CustomInk. Raul helped me setup the shirt, asked questioned about the business and was genuinely excited for our shirts and opening Chicken Night (what a switch!). In less than an hour we had adjusted the logo, figured out the best shirts and finishes and finalized the order.. with shipping to have the shirts in time for opening night! Do not underestimate the power of great customer service... many thanks to Raul!

I placed an order on a wednesday for a 1 week rush delivery to meet a strict deadline. I was called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and was told I needed confirmation from my University to print the t-shirts and this approval was needed before 10pm of that same night. Since my college was already closed being that it was a Friday evening, I was forced to hunt down a faculty member via a cell phone number. She was able to send the content approval at 8:55 pm on Friday. When I called at 9:30 to confirm the content approval had been received, I was told that it had not & that they had mistakenly given me the 10pm deadline when in reality they "meant to call me back" to tell me the deadline had been extended until 10 am monday. Saturday I called again regarding the content approval, was told it was still not received. So I had to get in contact with my faculty member again and have them forward me the email so that I could forward it to a representative. I have a weekend job at a restaurant and this was not something I had anticipated having to take care of. I have no idea why my order was placed Wednesday and I was not contacted Wednesday night, Thursday or Friday morning. I have placed a large history of orders with your company and I cannot assure you that I will never again. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had -- mostly thanks to Hayden Moore. The staff at Stockton University have been told the details of this experience and were highly disappointed.

Love that it the design was what I had put in, and that delivery was as stated. wanted to see how they looked and felt during our test run at the restaurant before ordering more. Hope to use customInk for the rest of my staff and to allow others to buy my design shirts in the near future.
