I used the online chat to speak with customer service a few times. When I spoke with an agent that actually new their job things were great, excellent service. However there were a couple of agents, that I'm hoping were new hires because they were terrible and completely clueless. For example, they would ask me questions about something that I had already included in my beginning explanation. Which to me made me feel like they did not actually read what I had wrote.

I was initially frustrated with the back and forth on the design, but I've found this to be the case with most online retailers. It takes a lot of tweaking to get the product right, but it turned out great.
