Wonderful customer service. The person who helped me did all of the design work with our own logo and art work, and extensively emailed all of the design options to me. She made the process very clear and easy. Delivery was faster than expected (the shirts arrived 2 days earlier than promised) and in fantastic condition - the printing itself was of excellent quality.

I am extremely unhappy with my order. Our shirts will not be used because we don't fit into them! I followed the instruction to order one size up because the shirts we chose run small (Bella Juniors Crewneck). They are still about 2 sizes too small and UNUSABLE. I am so disappointed especially when my middle school aged group was really looking forward to wearing them at our upcoming performance. The money lost was bad enough but the look on the kids' faces when they realized the shirts are way too small and unwearable was really heartbreaking.

I have placed several orders with customink and have yet to be dissatisfied and any issues or concerns I may have had simply and Quickly resolved. They have help me turn my idea into a My reality and my new business. Their most user friendly design lab lets me just create! I hardly ever use Illustrator anymore besides to start an idea. Customink staff will work out the details with any design ideas that I come up with. I could go on for days singing the praises of Customink but i will save some for the next time.
