I have ordered several times from CustomInk. I can honestly say that the Customer Service is the BEST I have had absolutely anywhere!! The reps are always friendly and so, so eager to help. When I had an issue with one items, they were falling over themseleves to make it right. Whoever is in charge of the customer service should hold training classes for other companies! The products have consistently met or exceeded my expectations. What a great, great company!
