This is the first time I wasn't okay with product and product availability via the website. Customer Services remains high, but the website and the product I wanted kept disappearing and the website wasn't always keeping up with that information. I wanted the 32oz BPA free bottle. As I had talked with someone in early May who said call by May 21st and you can have that product with your artwork, I trusted that statement. It was not the case. The colors of bottles kept being eliminated until finally I couldn't order the product I wanted. I ultimately had to order this 24oz Triton water bottle. (It is NOT something I'd order again!) The packing of half plastic sleeves over the water bottle is absolutely pointless. While we received the product we ended up choosing, how we got to this point was not the best. Including the fact that, due to changing the water bottle and being told it would be present, I had to order more water bottles than we needed. Yes, it was a lower price, but we have a massive excess of product. Overall I still immensely appreciate the customer service for those who pick up the phone. I do not know if I will ever order something beyond t-shirts.

the website is great and I do like that before the order is printed the product must be reviewed BUT the bottles themselves are of low quality and the printing on some bottles have very obviouse mistakes.
