I ordered the shirt for a retirement party and I paid $16 for super fast shipping. The shirt arrived a day later than the date indicated and I didn?t have it for the party. I expected that at least the shipping cost would be refunded since it didn?t arrive in time.

I’m always happy with the product,but not happy with the price. When we first started ordering the shirts, (2014) they were $20, now they are $36 per shirt. How can the price rise so much more?

I was helped in person at the Leesburg Village location and had a great time with the customer service rep, Lala. I had called the day before and she helped me make an appointment. She was funny, helpful, and very quick. The thing I appreciated most about her help was that she listened to me and gave me gut answers when I asked for her advice. I don't believe any of our time was wasted and she did a great job collaborating and bouncing ideas around with me. The price was definitely steep, but I'm glad I went for the best quality and a crisp unique design. I ordered 9 t shirts for my brothers bachelor party (I'm his twin sister but he wanted me to be his best man lol). Each t shirt has "hypesquad 2022" on the front left, a nickname on the back and a sunflower design on the back. The sunflower has a splatter of yellow on it which is perfect because we're paint- balling for the party.

I ordered 8 shirts and it could have been me not knowing how to navigate the cart and have one shipment for the 8 shirts. I had to pay $15+ for each t-shirt to ship individually instead of having them put in ONE package for a one shipping fee. I paid over $120+ to ship 8 t-shirts in individual packages to the same address - I did it because I needed it and I couldn't find a way to have them shipped as ONE order. The cart should have allowed me to pay ONE shipping fee for all of the ordered shirts in ONE Package.

The quality of the material and color of the product were fantastic. As for sizing, I can not address this aspect as they were gifts out of state and I'm not privy to know how this product fits. On another note, the pricing was a bit spendy.
