I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. I was a little surprised by the cost however. I would have thought buying this kind of quantity would have resulted in better pricing. We will probably buy more in the future. Since the artwork is now complete would it bring the cost down on future orders?.

Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences ever. From start to finish. Your website is inviting, user friendly, and excellent all around. Dont change anything about it. You send the proof approval email without delay, and you keep the customer updated at all times down to when its shipped. I placed a separate second order during which I needed to chat, and again it was an excellent example of your level of customer service. So many other companies could learn from the way you do business. Truly one of the best customer service experiences.

The only negative I have to say is that the reminder emails about my design got a little bit annoying. I feel like every day you were reminding me that it was there in case I wanted to buy it. I knew it was there! I didn't need so much nudging. I felt like it kind of pushed me away from wanting to buy the shirts. Customer service was great though.

Called and spoke to someone to process the order and we had a tight deadline. They guaranteed delivery on Friday and we actually received it when we needed it!

Perfect service, product, experience.

Overall, our experience was good, and as usual, the representatives I talked to on the phone were very helpful and eager to answer questions. I am disappointed in the sizing for the little girls shirts -- especially since we were ordering for multiple families. We will continue to use Customink -- I'll just be more wary of the size charts in the future and probably won't order something unless I know how it fits.

Overall it was a pleasure working with CustomInk. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgable.

The representative who helped me put my order together was extremely friendly and very helpful. Your customer service is probably your greatest strength.

I had fun designing the shirts, and when they came (very quickly!) I was thrilled with the result! CustomInk is great, and I would totally recommend the website.
