Thank you for another outstanding experience. This order came your way on the late side so there was a flurry of phone calls during a 5-day period (approx). I kept writing down the name of the person helping me but as it turns out, anyone I spoke to was just as helpful and engaged. Very impressive! The embroidery is simply impeccable. Those fleece products are very popular. Your customer service has stayed so sharp through the years that it will come up in casual conversation, as in "those CustomInk guys are still just as good.... amazing... hope they keep it up." Again, the product and the customer service exceded expectations. I would rank 'WOW' and 'highest quality' for everything if it were not for the few small females that ordered an XS adult jacket and are "swimming" in them.
