Overall I would recommend using CustomInk. 5/6 people I spoke to were extremely helpful and kind and all the products were higher quality than I expected and the printing is super high quality. I just ended up speaking to one person about licensing that seemed like he had made up a bunch of rules and would not accept the approval email that I had from our school's licensing department. Eventually it got passed to other people who were able to help me sort it out. If CustomInk invested a bit more into training their staff around licensing then I would have given them 10/10 but the way it is now I had to spend many hours sorting out a logistical issue that one of their staff created for no reason.

Nicole in Cust Service was awesome!!! We would have appreciated an opportunity to see a proof but understand that wasn't possible due to the # of shirts we ordered. Based on that, I would have made a few changes to make the shirt what we wanted, exactly. Overall, 8/10

Custom Ink is, super, easy to work with. The website and art is really easy to use, and to be able to design your own shirt online is so convenient. If something looks "off" with your design, they will reach out to you to make sure it's perfect.

There was an issue with the color... The XL was sent as the right color, but the 6 Larges were a totally different color then the XL... not okay
