I had family coming into town from out of state and internationally for the first time and requested a rush in-store order for family shirts with us taking them to tour Washington DC. Even with the challenges of still being in the COVID pandemic and store production limitations, Custom Ink Bethesda still made it happen and in such quick turnaround. The Customer Service from their staff, Bernard Agyakwa, was great & made it happen - friendly, patient, & helpful with my rush in-store order! The whole family reacted saying how nice the print & quality of the shirts were after receiving them!
