Custom Ink did an excellent job providing us with timely feedback to help us complete this project. The designing process was made easy by the drag and drop feature of the site, and then the professional artists did a good job straightening things out. Customer service still has room for improvement as described above; i.e., calling customer back if lost on dropped phone call after placing order. The quality of the t-shirts were excellent; realizing that sizing unknown t-shirts online presents problems. Very quick turnaround time from time ordered to received in mail.
