I started using Custom Ink for my unit T-shirts while I was still an Army officer many years ago. I've since used Custom Ink for our high school's athletic teams , fundraising events, my son's band, and the security business I now run. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Website gives impression customer will receive quality merchandise / my cost $35.95 for "one" custom made t-shirt for retired army relative = cheap looking, over priced and severely wrinkled. I'm just thankful I didn't order 2 of the same shirt in different colors as my family member wanted. He wasn't impressed with the workmanship either. Valuable lesson learned. I will never order from your company again and will in the future post "buyer beware" when your ads pop up on my social media.

I designed the shirts for our group that was in the Army. We were stationed over Nellingen, Germany 15th Trans Co. Some of us haven't seen one another for over 35 to 38 years. Everyone was proud to wear the shirt and they want more so I have to get busy and do another one.

fantastic all the way around - this is my 4th order in a very short time and couldnt be happier - my veteran brothers from the US Army attest to the great quality as we used them for our reunion for shirts - great job!!!

This was 2nd experience with Custom Ink, my first was ordering Jerseys for my Units flag football team while deployed with the US Army in 2010. You guys rock!

Will order again when that time comes!!!! Had this shirt made due to the fact my old shirt was torn/worn out and faded, had the shirt from the Company(AZ Army National Guard) had ordered.

The quality of the shirt and printing is good but the only problem and suggestion that I have is that calling it military green may be misleading. I ordered the product with the intent of wearing it under my army uniform. The proof that was provided looked like a good match but the final product was definitely different than that on the computer screen. I did see the warning that there may be a difference but didnt think it would be this significant. Another suggestion would be to add a coyote green/brown option specifically for the army so that they can buy and shirt from your company and it be within regulations. I do think the military green is a good color for marines but it is definitely not within army regulations. Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to help get the shirts to us while we were deployed.

My experience with the design team and group order form was fine. But my customer service rep did not tell me we needed approval by both Army and Navy and that added on extra time. I had to personally contact the logo approval person at Army myself. We almost didn’t get our shirts by the event time. We had one T-shirt with sticky residue on it in 3 places that I couldn’t remove and I emailed customer service but they haven’t responded. I would like a refund or new shirt for that one.

I was familiar with the Hanes T-shirt, so I had no qualms about ordering that style/type. More importantly, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the printing of the image on the shirt. This image is logo used by my father's Army Unit in WWII, and the shirts were done in conjunction with a family genealogy project so I was most anxious that they look good. I am more than 100% pleased with the job done by Custom Ink, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone, without any reservations at all. Thanks for doing such an excellent job; it means a great deal to my family.

Custom Ink seems like a good option with good selection of shirts and materials, but I will try to go somewhere else in the future. My assigned staff member did not have much experience with military shirts and kept trying to change things around, even quoting a US army regulation to me, funny since my shirts were for US Marines. I also suspect that they changed the nice subdued color of the print to a gaudy mustard yellow, I think because in their mind it somehow looked more "military." If I cannot find the Champion brand shirts elsewhere, I will have to reorder through Custom Ink.

Someone gave me a tshirt from your company and I loved it. The material was so soft, the fit was perfect and the quality was incredible. So I decided to use your site for a shirt I wanted to give my daughter to wear when her son (my grandson) graduates from the Army next month. I took a pic of something I wanted and sent it in. I was so shocked when I got a call from your designer saying the pic would not look right and ask if he could recreate it. I was beyond impressed. I told everyone I knew. When it arrived, my daughter cried - it was so beautiful. What you and your team did, by creating something that touched our hearts means more than you will ever know. Thank you for all you did. I am your biggest fan and will never use anyone else. And best of all it's MADE IN AMERICA

I was overwhelmingly impressed with the customer service at Customink. I was only buying 1 item but I was treated like I was a king who was outfitting an army. I received a friendly phone call regarding my artwork customization, along with a few additional emails talking about my order, to make sure that it was exactly right... and it looks amazing! Truly exceptional customer service!

I called customer service to see if it was too late to add another shirt. The rep (wish I could remember her name!) said my order had already gone to the printer! But she said, let me put you on hold and see what I can do. She apparently walked over there to find out exactly where my shirts were in the process and discovered it wasn't too late! Great customer service! Thanks! Our 2 Marathon Relay teams wore them with Army Pride and caught the eye of the local newspaper. Hope they make us 'famous'! LOL!
