I told my grandson about making this same shirt in middle school in industrial arts class, we used silk screen . He suggested custom ink to get another one, he thinks it's a hoot, but my wife says I can only wear it when I'm working in the yard.

My AP Chemistry students and I designed a class shirt. I could get the screen printing done through the graphics arts department at the school where I work, but I like Custom Ink because it's easier to design a shirt on the website choosing from the available images and fonts. I find there is enough variety to come up with a design everyone likes.

I like graphic arts and design option in Custom Ink. The quality of the T-Shirts were good but pricey compared to other T-shirt vendors.

Overall the service was great and the turnaround time was on point. I question if I really needed to even pay the additional for the expedited service but I guess for piece of mind it is worth it. I will say through my personal day to day work experience the package was received USPS Priority Mail if remembering correctly which is not a guaranteed service. So the only way this could be guaranteed on or by a certain date would be if expected to be shipped way in advance and even then with a lead time that could still run the risk of a hold up or being lost with them. Just my two cents. I reached out about the quality of the print before ordering and personally feel I was mislead as I was concerned the material would feel rough and like plastic, decal or paint in a sense vs actually part of the shirt martial. I was told it would feel as part of the shirt and I have to disagree. I am glad I went with what I did as I originally wanted to do a large image on the back and had I done that it would have felt to much like a sticker in a sense or been sticking to the wearer when getting hot and what not. I know the tricks with washing and such like flipping inside out but overall the prints will crack and dull compared to other styles of prints. Additionally I don't know if more my image quality or the print itself but it seemed almost grainy looking through the wording which overall the print could have been more bold and vivid. CustomInk has a great turnaround for last minute needs and quick ideas but for the price and for what I'm looking for the product was only a quick fix and not something I could buy in bulk or do long term wise.

The sweatshirts look better than I expected. Your graphic arts team did an amazing job correcting the logos.

Overall, the shirt did not fully meet my expectations and for the price, I expected way more. I most likely would not order another thing from them. Prices are too high and you get a shirt that looks like it was made during arts and craft time at my son's school.

It was pretty good. I was able to find all the arts I needed to make my design, except I could not find our CNMI Flag,

The tee shirt that I designed is the prototype for jerseys I will order in springtime for a team of actors who will participate in a performance-arts production in June. Once I know who they are and their sizes, I intend to purchase at least sixteen shirts and perhaps multiple subsequent bulk orders depending upon demand. So thank you very much for including a coupon inside my package. Know that I think that Custom Ink's business model is positively brilliant.

These were gifts for my Fine Arts department at my middle school where I teach Orchestra. I ended up working over the phone with Bri to get my design printed and shipped to me before my school semester ended so that I could give them to my team for Christmas. Bri was fantastic to work with and we even set up reminders for her to help me with my other ongoing group order (zip-up hoodies) when that closes in January.

Print quality was very unprofessional. Custom Ink took it upon themselves to deviate from the original design and print a different font with different size, spacing, and thickness than what was requested. The overall quality of the shirt is now diminished and the overall appeal is now on par with a child's arts and craft project. I have received no response after repeated attempts to contact them about the issue. If you want a quick batch of t-shirt's and don't care much about your own design, sure, Custom Ink has it covered. If you care about your design and want it printed accurately I suggest looking elsewhere.

YOU GUYS ROCK. Since I've started using Custom Ink (roughly 9 years ago), I have always been impressed with the quality of the shirts we order. The design program online is easy to use and I have appreciated your graphic design team's final touches to our custom designs... they always work! Additionally, the re-donkulously amazing customer service is a grand slam EVERY year. My music kiddos wear their Custom Ink shirts with pride! Keep up the great work. As a side note, thank you for helping me with the rough little hiccup at our District Office... my order sat on someone's desk here and didn't make it to you guys until VERY late. You SAVED me by expiditing them at no additional cost. It was unexpected and seriously saved me big time. These shirts turned out so well! The only suggestion I have is to let customers know upfront that they cannot use images from the web if they do not own the rights. This would prevent some last minute scrambling/novice graphic arts design by customer.

Overall, my experience was good. Designing the shirts was easy, there is a large selection of fonts and arts to choose from, and I love the volume discount. But the customer service does not need to be so impatient that they charge my card without my permission. I understand they might be busy, but how would they feel if they got charged without their permission?

This is the second year we have used Costum Ink for our Arts Festival tee shirts. We are very pleased. The turn around time is awesome and you are very helpful and accommodating. I like the Chat feature, I do not have to get on the phone, but can communicate via computer to resolve questions. I also like the fact that students order online so I do not have to collect money from them. I look forward to working with you again next year.
