Our overall experience was good. We mostly was disappointed with the color of the shirts not being true to the navy color pictured.

Be wary of the shirt colors. They may not appear accurately on website. I ordered a heathered navy that appeared to be a lighter blue. The shirt is actually a very dark blue.

My design came out exactly how I imagined. Also the customer service advice to change a certain color so that it would contrast better on the navy shirt helped make it even better.

I order some Navy T-Shirt with my logo and I love how the came out. I receive all the sizes need for now. The print of my logo came out perfect not small and the logo came out clear. Thanks

This site is so great! They are super helpful and the art area is fun to play with. Unfortunately I chose a T shirt that I ended up not liking very much. The color is barely navy, but I dont mind too much. The real issue is that the sizing seams to run quite large and the v neck opening is huge which is a bit awkward at my age, so now I have a bunch of work shirts that are uncomfortable in fit and style.

Great product! Very quick turnaround time and shipping. The material is exactly what you would want for a performance shirt. Color navy was truly navy. Love the quality!

Size was true to fit, product came out perfect, my one issue is I ordered my custom logo in a Royal Blue and it came out almost a dark navy but still looks good.

Custom ink is great, be careful to truly double check the color you are ordering. The Navy Blue canvas bags we ordered look more purple than Navy Blue. Words to the wise, purchase safe colors!

I will use CustomInk again, but will search Amazon reviews of varieties of sweatshirts that CustomInk offers. Though I appreciate the color of Navy Blue that Gildan offers, their quality is less than ideal.

I love using custom ink but I think someone should have called me about the black ink literally not showing up at all on the navy shirts. These cost a lot and you can't even see the screen printing on the navy ones.

My experience overall was great!! One of the colors was suggested to not show very well against the navy sweatshirt (black) so they reached out gave some examples, proofed the new sweatshirt. It came out amazing!!!

I used my own logo, so I appreciate the simplicity of using the digital printing. It was very clear on the navy blue color, but when I played with a different sweat shirt color (white), my dark color logos transfer was unclear (it broke up and appeared glitchy). I ended up purchasing the navy blue sweatshirt. The print came out perfectly, but the navy blue sweatshirt was not a solid dark blue color. The blue was faded out. I only bought one to see how it would come out before purchasing in bulk. I was disappointed in the navy blue sweatshirt color, so it was a smart move but the purchasing experience was really good.

I was in need of some last minute staff shirts as my business had picked up speed for a busy season. I setup an online appointment for a phone call and got to speak to someone same day. She was so helpful and even suggested options to help me save and stay within my budget. I wasn’t too sure about the navy shirt choice at first BUT when receiving the proof and then the final product, wow! I’m so glad I went with their professional opinions and I will definitely be ordering more! Thank you ☺️

The customer service isn't bad, but I wish they'd offer more discounts - especially when using such cheap materials for resale. I was also told the colors would match completely on the shirts, however the names on the shirts are a much different shade of Navy than the rest of the screen print on the shirt. I ordered through Custom Ink last year, and decided to give them another shot this year. I cannot say I'll be giving them another shot...at least without them trying to make this right. For the record, this might be the first time I've ever written a review. Just disappointed with this second chance.
