I loved the whole experience. The design lab was very easy to use. When it came to ordering it was easily done. I originally ordered the navy tank too separate but for me to same some money they put the navy tank with my other tank tops. When everything arrives it was packaged so if there was bad weather the shirts wouldn't get ruined. Loved everything about it. Would order again

Ordering from CustomInk was probably the best overall customer service experience I've ever had. When I first placed the order of 25-ish shirts, I had about 12 people who wanted to change their names/numbers on the back of their shirts. I called and the guy happily took care of it for me. Then, I submitted a logo that was apparently copy-right claimed. I got an email informing me of this and it was over-the-top customer-friendly. The CustomInk rep provided me with a link to email the team who owned the logo so I could request the rights to use it, which was completely unnecessary. Not only that, but they drew up TWO SEPARATE replacement designs, offering to tinker either if we wanted to go with one. They both looked great and it was clear that work was put into them. So then I told them to hold off and I would email the owners of the logo. I said I was going to wait until a response from the team. I told them to forget about the two-week shipping deadline. In the meantime, they redesigned one of the logos that they drew to be more softball-related. This also clearly required work and was completely unnecessary. The team never got back to me so after a few days I just told CustomInk to go with the re-designed logo with the softball bats. I reminded them to not worry about the shipping deadline. I cleared the order and confirmed the specs online. Then I sent the specs to my team and they preferred the previous, un-edited re-design. So I called back, AFTER I had already closed the order and confirmed the specs, and asked if it was possible to change back. And they did, no problem. Then I confirmed the un-edited redesign specs online again. THEN I got a call from customink a few hours later informing me that the colors on the order I confirmed will actually be better than what I was shown in the specs (the navy blue in the logo would match the sleeves). So they had this 4/5 day delay in starting production of the shirts and designed 3 separate logos for us during this delay, all while I told them not to worry about the two-week guarantee, and the shirts still showed up in under two weeks of my original order with the copyrighted logo. Every step of the way, CustomInk went out of their way to provide the best possible customer experience to me. It is clearly, top-to-bottom, an integral priority of the company. I'm going to use it if I need anything similar in the future, and I'm going to tell everyone I know to use it.

Overall, I like the services, products and end-results delivered by Custom Ink. In fact, the t-shirt I ordered is a prototype for a possible sale to the U.S. Navy Base Exchange merchandise inventory. Therefore, I would be looking to order numbers in excess of 1000 to fill inventory in Navy Exchanges across the country. In fact, the number could be much, much higher.

I used some pictures from Custom Ink's gallery on the shirts and ordered some. I did a Booster for a fundraiser and I wanted the same as the volunteer's I ordered from Custom Ink. Booster set everything up and when the campaign was over, Booster contacted me and told me I had to have written permission to use the pictures of the military branches. I contacted the branches and the gentleman from the Department of the Navy made it VERY CLEAR that Custom Ink should not be using the graphic of the Seal of the Navy or anything else with the name.

Customer service was superb through the whole process. My association is made up of active duty Navy members and we have been working on this design for quite some time. From the first time I called about 7 months ago, to the arrival of our shirts, the entire staff has been superbly helpful and kind; moreover, no matter how small or large a request, they maintained a positive attitude and helped expeditiously. I love using your website, and the customer service is truly excellent. But we were NOT HAPPY with our finished custom shirts this year. The color is called cobalt (blue) and the website shows it as a very dark, nearly navy blue. The shirts we received are purple (not blue!) and much lighter than the picture on the website or in the color swatch. The color of our final shirt does not resemble "cobalt" at all nor does it match what you showed online. It feels like false advertising. We would honestly return them for a different color if that was at all an option. (We were very happy with the heather gray shirts, and they look just as pictured online.)

I put in for navy blue numbers on the back of the jerseys (which matches the front). I was told that outlining was extra, but that we could have the navy blue printing. The numbers came in black. This was dissatisfying, as the rest of the order was fantastic.

overall good experience with CustomInk except for the haynes ts. question 6 below...you need a "maybe" and you needed an answer to complete so I'm closer to no than yes... I ended up ordering another 3 XL shirts in another color to replace the 4 XXL navy because I couldn't order 3 because of your quantity requirement for navy color

Loved how we received a phone call and email to let us know there was a concern with a color outline that we had chosen on the lettering. I was informed the black outline would not show (or at least look faded) when printed on a navy t-shirt. The customer service rep that I worked with helped me with color suggestions, and the t-shirts for our family Alaskan cruise came out perfect and still arrived on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom t-shirts. Great customer service and quality product.

We have ordered the American Apparel Jersey T-Shirts several times for our family reunion camping trip and we love the quality and have continued to buy the same shirt model each time. I would like to see the youth sizes offered in more colors because we are running out of colors to try! This is the first year we have tried the rabbit skins t shirts. I had the order shipped to my friends house in TX because the event is in TX and I live in FL. She said there is a slight difference in the navy color between the American Apparel and rabbit skins shirts but that is usually to be expected with 2 different brands. She says the printing was done nicely and all of the shirts were accounted for. Its not our first order and we have never had any issues so I am assuming she is correct when I am writing this. I love the online design tool and this year I used the online order forms as well. The customer service and follow up is always excellent.

When I called to make changes I always spoke to a different person. Dealing with just one person through the whole process would have eliminated the multiple phone calls and the incorrect navy shirts I received. To many hands in the pot...

CustomInk does it right. I spoke with a T-shirt Ambassador immediately after the order was placed, who was good enough to point out that due to the style of shirt we ordered they tend to run small. The printing team even went to the bother of matching the design color to the sleeve color (both navy) which makes the shirts look even better in person than on the site while it was being designed. A co-worker of mine noted once the order arrived that the packaging was quite clever, and that the box lid would prevent you from damaging the shirts if you were to cut open the box. All in all, I am only taking time to write this review because the experience exceeded all expectations.

Overall, the students were very excited with their design. I was happy that our representative suggest that we switch to a lighter shade of blue from the original design so that it would standout against the navy shirt. She suggested that the contrast might not appear the same on the shirt as it did on the website. I agreed and we were very happy with the editted look.
