My experience was a good one. From start to finish. The worker that helped me in Allen, TX Neon, was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and really good at what she does. Your scanner was not working and she went above and beyond and took my pictures to her mothers house to scan so I could finish creating the shirt. I would have ended up going somewhere else if it weren't for her and all of her help. She is truly a great asset to your company. When I do shirts again, I will go to her for help.

Great customer service. Just not an accurate depiction of colors on the website. Thought we were getting neon green and came back not even close to the color seen on the website. The rest of the shirt turned out great.

This is our 3rd order, our first and third orders went well. The second was an issue, the color did not match the color on the site. We looked like prisoners picking up trash on the side of the road...lol! The orange was neon and that was not stated. learned not to order colored tees online. Other than that the black and gray tees are great!

I love the District Neon pink... and the quality of screen printing by Custom Ink. I'm overall very pleased.

The Neon green shirt looked very different on various computer screens. Despite the differences, the color still worked well. Because of the bright color, you can easily spot 26 little ones among a sea of children with other non-neon colored shirts. The shirt sizes tend to be on the larger side. I ordered XS (size chart indicates this is 2-4) for 5 year olds who appear to wear size 4-5, and the shirts are still quite roomy. Also, be warned that the “all-inclusive price” you see in the beginning of your price quote may not include tax.

You can't go wrong with an Adams hat, only wish I could get the product in a true "neon hot pink" . This is the second time with the Adams embroidered hat - the last ones was perhaps 10 years ago and the hats (although warn from sun and laundering) are the same true colors as the new ones!

Creating the design was ok. At times it was hard to place the design where I wanted it. But, the prices for the shirts was a lot. The only reason I stuck with custom ink instead of going cheaper was because I liked the design I was able to create. Shipping and packing was as well as expected. The worst part of the experience was the disappointment when I opened the box and saw the color of the shirts. Frustrating that I ordered a lighter orange and received a neon orange. The color received looks nothing like the color on the website and the color I was expecting.

The design process was simple and easy to use. There were some issues some editor errors, but I was able to get around it. The process from beginning to end was quick and smooth. The end product was high quality, but keep in mind that the ink color you are requesting might not be exactly what you get. The "green" is a very bright, almost neon green. Overall, a good experience!

I wanted to get neon shirts for my son's birthday party at a Glow Party but figured I wouldn't have enough time to get it done and they would be too expensive to be practicable. I was SO wrong! I stumbled upon Custom Ink's website through a random search. I had t-shirts designed within minutes and with express shipping (not even the most expensive option) I was guaranteed they would arrive before his party. Quality was excellent and everyone including my nine year old birthday boy was so happy!

The quality of the actual shirt seems great, and it was very easy (and fun!) to design the shirt. The only issue is that the green from the shirt bled on to the white lettering after washing (on cold) and it’s now ugly neon green lettering on a green shirt.

Everything went well on the website, very fast and efficient. What is disappointing is that the way the product arrived and looked varies differently than what we saw on the computer. You can hardly see the printing, the whole reason we got them custom done! On the computer, the neon on the grey looked outstanding. In person, you can't read what is on it. It is really disappointing as they were for my son's 10th birthday party on July 16. :(

The only thing I'm not satisfied with was having to settle for something I didn't originally want. I wanted a neon pink sport tank top LG with the same design for my wife. I found the one! but it had minimum order. I looked for others but they had minimums as well or I didn't like them. So then I moved on the the sweat shirts and the same thing happened. However, I was able to find the one I ordered with no minimum. I like it even tho its not the one I first wanted. I really wanted a matching Lg sport tank top with the sweat shirt for a upcoming race my wife has training been training for. She's doing very well with her weight loss and I wanted to surprise her before the race. I know minimums are in place for financial gain and making money is the whole point. Im sure most orders are for large groups of people rather than individuals and I understand that. I would have paid extra if that was an option. You guys do great work with the products and customer service.

I probably would not order the same brand or model of shirt again. Probably choose a different brand. I did not get a close up picture of the material, do not know if I could have on the web site. The quality of the order looks good except the Neon Orange
