The service was great. The only issue I had was that I estimated the tshirts wrong and there was no way to go back and add the extra money with the online order form. Make sure that you underestimate if anything rather than overestimate if you can.

First off, I LOVED each of the followup emails from Marc Katz, your co-founder and CEO. I felt like I was being taken care of personally. In fact, every step in the end to end process was great. The easiest design + ordering experience I've ever had. Informative emails regarding shipping. Faster shipping than I expected! And a followup email! Hot damn, You guys covered your bases! Great product, excellent service. Attention to detail like the INKY sticker. CustomInk delivered what I wanted, how I wanted it, and when I wanted it. That's an unbeatable combination right there. Only advice: keep it up!
I have worked with local printers before and this is my first experience with CustomInk or any web-based design service. The customer service was outstanding (far better than the local shop). In addition to their prompt email responses (usually under 30 minutes), CustomInk answered my phone calls right away and the support staff were understanding and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from a company.

I was placing an order via iPad and couldn't figure out how to add two different brands of t-shirts to the order. It was 8:30pm on a Friday and I dialed the customer help line figuring I would get a message with business hours. To my happy surprise a very helpful customer service rep was able to help me! Thanks Michelle F! Our order turned out perfect and is here in time to surprise our family for Christmas!

Great experience all around. The first batch of shirts was not up to our standards but the customer support quickly corrected the problem and made up for it. The shirts always arrived on time and high quality. The only complaint would be the custom ink logo inside the shirts, which makes our company shirts feel very cheap. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the process.
