I'm so impressed with CustomInk! I appreciated all the follow up emails and calls to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. The customer service department went above and beyond. In addition, I appreciate that everything is handled personally and not via machines or recordings. Every time I needed something, I emailed or spoke to a live person who could help me. For this order the customer service rep explored options to help me stay within my time frame and budget which was very appreciated. What I did not understand is having to pay a set up charge again for something that I already placed an order with you. The whole purpose of coming back to a company is that you paid for the up charge and you're done. You should be able to go back and do your repeat orders without having to be billed that over again.
